This is a really nice milk glass Green Shield square Sugar Shaker, with the original metal lid, made by McKee Glass. It is stamped on the bottom: CHEF BOY-AR-DEE DINNER. This shaker measures 4 1/2 inches high X 2 1/4 inches square. The shaker is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The Green Shield design is very good. These kitchenware shakers were produced by Jeannette Glass Company during the 1920's - 30's. The color is Delphite blue, an opaque blue glass Jeannette used for their kitchenware line. About 6" tall and excellent condition -- original tops do have some dings in them, but are in very good shape.
