Pair of 19th Century Patch Boxes, or Jars; Sterling Silver, chased lids, both lids without damage. Each marked twice, "Sterling," and "Sterling BENS." Faceted Crystal bases are unmarked; with the exception of one tiny chip to one jar, pictured, they are in superb condition. Both were found packed in a 19th Century trunk among several fine articles from the 1800s. Beautiful transparent green guest set or tumble up, color is a match to Cambridge lt. Emerald so it may have been manufactured there, a green vaseline glass, beautiful cutting design of flowers and geometric criss cross border motif, 8" tall, tumbler is 3 1/4" tall. Excellent condition.
This is a really green Powder Jar with Cover made by Paden City. This Powder Jar measures 4 1/2 inches high to top of knob X 4 inches in diameter. Both the Powder Jar bottom and lid are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. There is a 1/4 inch stretch mark at the top edge of the bottom where the lid sits on - at the mold line - done in the making. We guarantee all items to be as described. Charming and hard to find pink satinized depression glass bunny rabbit cotton ball dispenser, made by Paden City Glass Co, 5" tall and about 4" wide, red cold painted eyes, cotton balls fit inside and can be pulled out through his or her tail! Excellent condition.
Unsigned, although attributed to Moser, 19th Century Bohemia, Art Glass Perfume. Bulbous body is heavy with acid-etched gold, overpainted with thick, raised enamel in a lovely floral pattern of pink roses and smaller flowers of blue and orange, all with tiny green leaves. The cap and atomizer stem are likely gold-plated metal. Overall height is 4.75", 2.75" diameter body. Late 19th Century to early 20th Century, fine quality amber glass vanity jar with guilloche lid, marked on side "Made In Germany." Faberge introduced enamel to guilloche engraving in 1886, and it followed that, very intricate patterns were developed by most of the great jewelry houses of the time; this is one such intricate pattern.
