We are offering here #2 of 2 available Early American Pattern Glass Clear Non-Flint Goblets. This is the Almond Thumbprint pattern made by Bakewell, Pears & Company in the 1860's. It was made for quite a while while Bakewell operated into the 1880's.(thank you to Pam for the id). This wonderful item stands 5 3/4" tall and measures 3 1/8" across. We offer this very clean maker unknown, circa 1876 EAPG Philidelphia Drape Goblet. Sometimes called Centennial Drape. The pattern on this item shows the Drapes and reads; "CENTENIAL 1876". This is a particularly good pressing and glass quality on this piece is very good as well. 6 ¼" tall x 3" across at the widest point. Celebrates the 1876 Philadelphia Centennial Exposition. This Liberty Bell goblet was manufactured in 1875 by Adams and Company to commemorate the United States of America Centennial celebration in 1876. It stands 6 1/8” tall and is 3 ½ “ across the top. One side of the goblet is embossed with the Liberty Bell under a banner reading: Declaration Independence”. The dates 1776 & 1876 appear above the ends of the banner. We offer this SCARCE and Beautiful GREEN Ulysses Grant Peace plate (circa 1885) Made by Gillinder & Sons to commemorate the death of Ulysses S Grant. The peace plates are EAPG pressed glass using the maple leaf design around the rim of the plates. Around the outer rim of the plate are the words: "Let Us Have Peace - U.S. Grant". A beautiful vintage vase marked Krystol that was made by both the ohio flint and jefferson glassware companys circa 1919-24.This lovely vase measures 8" tall and is 4" wide across the top.The vase features fern-like cuttings around the paneled body of the vase.The vase has some very minor wear typical with it's age and overall the condition is really nice.A beautiful piece to add to your collection.
