Exquisite, early 20th Century Venetian lampworked Art Glass "pearl" necklace. The colors in this necklace are beautifil...ivory ground, wide swaths of gold dust, squiggles of copper aventurine and gold, daubs of pink, blue, red and white, all glass, all typically Venetian. Glass "pearls" are separated by small cobalt blue glass beads, dotted with gold; age of the piece may be see in the loss of coloration of the gold-colored metal "spacers" up against each bead.
