| Striking solid silver overlay blown glass bottle with matching overlay stopper, in trailing vine styling. Antike Kunst-Silberner Testblatt- Duftstoff- Glasamerikaner. We do not find the maker's name, but feel certain it is American. Monogrammed cartouche, center front; and Sterling mark on lower center verso, "Solid Silver, 2535, Patented." Mouthblown bottle has a large polished pontil, and the number "18" hand-engraved in the center. Much visible wear to the base confirms age. 4" (10.16 cm) tall, 1.50" (3.81 cm) diameter base, .75" (1.90 cm) diameter rim.
