Terrific large studio pendant in sterling silver, bronze and black wood. This handmade artisan piece is unsigned. It has a removable bale so that it can be worn either as a pin or a pendant. Excellent vintage condition with wonderful patina to the metal. Measures a large 3.25" x 1 6/8". A very sculptural modernist piece.

Rare modernist earrings by Irvin and Bonnie Burkee, a husband and wife team who created unique jewelry in their studio from the late 1940s until the 1970s. The minimalist aesthetic sterling silver earrings are circa 1950s, and feature discs each decorated by a single silver sphere. The earrings are screw-backs, and the tops measure .75" in diameter. Signed "Sterling, Burkee." Excellent vintage condition.

I've never seen anything like this enormous necklace. It has five kinetic, purple enamel dangling bars, and ten white beads which might be stone or ceramic. The detail in this necklace is amazing, with protruding mushroom shaped nobs under the beads that dangle inside the top compartments. There are raised patterns on all surfaces.
