Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Originally produced in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. These 4 1/2 inch berry bowls are very special. The white ceramic finish is done in the French Crystal style (high polish figures against an opaque background) but instead of each nude being highlighted as is usually done, every other figure is done in the ceramic wash. This treatment was a custom order done in the first month of production. Even more special, these bowl came from the estate of a Consolidated Glass company worker who brought them home in January of 1928 so we can date them directly to the beginning of production. Excellent condition, I have 2 available. Price is per bowl. I have matching 6 inch plates available that came from the same estate- see my other listings or email for details.
