This stunning Victorian tomato glass basket by Boston & Sandwich Glass Company is made from two layers of cased glass, a tomato or orange-red color over yellow with an applied clear single twist thorn handle and 4 applied clear feet. An unusual feature is that top rim of the bowl folds over and is studded with large tomato hobnail bumps ending with a crimped edge which finishes with a narrow clear band. An elegant and intriguing walking stick with a handle carved in the form of a hand gripping a booted leg. This fascinating English folk art cane is crafted entirely from one piece of hardwood and varnished. The delightful walking stick measures about 36" long with the handle measuring 6.75 inches. Dates circa 1880.

With its original powder puff made with either cygnet (baby swan) or gosling (baby goose) down, this American brilliant cut glass dresser box measures 5" diameter, 3" high. The lid is sterling silver and does has some dents around the edges. The cut glass is perfect.

Very unusual hand blown and hand painted satin glass vase or rose bowl. This rose bowl is made from cased glass with pale green on the outside and royal blue on the inside. Possibly an early Fenton piece, it is in very good antique condition showing some wear to the gold gilt edging. Feels fantastically smooth the touch and a must have for the collector. Measures 4.5 inches high. Dates circa 1920-30.

An early Phoenix Art Glass hobnail sandwich peachblow pitcher. Graduating from shades of pink to yellow/cream, this pitcher features an applied clear satin reeded handle. A delightful piece to add to you collection, it is in excellent antique condition and measures 4.5 inches high x 5" diameter. Dates 1880's.

Hand painted with flowers and delicate tendrils on a matt finish by Mount Washington, this lovely mushroom shaped holder was designed to be used as a sugar shaker or flower holder (Ref: "Mount Washington Art Glass" by Betty B. Sisk, 2003). The background has a pale pink blush on the top and again at the base which fades into a slightly off white background. A versatile piece, it could also be used as a hat or hairpin holder...

Rare Quezal Art glass footed sherbet or sorbet cup and saucer. The 2 pieces are iridescent gold with strong hues of fuchsia. We believe this to be one of Quezal's earlier pieces, dating 1902-1910.
