This is a really great glass 14 inch long Roll-Rite rolling pin made for the Good House Keeping Institute. This rolling pin measures 2 1/2 inches in diameter and has the original metal screw-on lid. On the lid is: ROLL-RITE - Serial No. 3193 - GOOD HOUSEKEEPING INSTITUTE - GOOD HOUSE KEEPING MAGAZINE. The metal lid shows some wear but is good. The script on the lid is good. The glass rolling pin is also in very good condition with no chips, cracks or cloudiness. This rolling pin would be a great addition to any vintage kitchen collection.
